These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply when you download or play games by Mandy Games — including Crunchy Words — or use mandygames.com. By playing our games or using our website, you agree to these Terms.

License to play

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and play our games on devices you own, for your own entertainment and not for any commercial purpose.

Virtual items

Coins, lives, boosters, season pass rewards and other in-game items are virtual. They have no real-world value, cannot be exchanged for money, and may be changed or reset as part of game updates. Except where the law requires otherwise, virtual items are not refundable.

Fair play

Please do not cheat, exploit bugs, reverse engineer, or interfere with the operation of our games or other players’ experience. We may suspend access for behaviour that breaks these rules.

Intellectual property

Our games, including their code, artwork, names, logos, sounds and word-puzzle designs, are owned by Mandy Games and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights.

Updates and availability

We are a small studio that keeps baking: we may update, change or discontinue features, levels or entire games at any time. We will try to do so in a way that respects your progress.

Disclaimer and liability

Our games and website are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mandy Games is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of our games or website.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
